The logo is an ode to this most essential ingredient for every farmer – the sun. The sun gives life. The sun nurtures. The sun transforms. Under the sun, the farm thrives.

The sonamukhi sways gently in the breeze. The hoopoe hops around on the lawns. The jugnu returns at dusk. This circle of life begins and ends with the sun.

A raaga for every season

The naming system for the 10 cottages are inspired by the ragas. Ragas are associated with the transition of time, days, seasons and moods. From Basant to Megh, and from Purvi to Saveri – each name is a reflection of Mharo Khet's soul.

Farm Guide

Every season at the farm is a different experience.

In the summers, the rohida trees are in full bloom, with their dainty petals scattered on the soil below. You might even catch a glimpse of the spotted owlets that live in the khejri tree.

In the winter months, the beautiful amla trees have branches heavy with fruit. And in the monsoons, the painted grasshoppers make their brief annual appearance.

Samaa

Samaa is the all day dining and bar at Mharo Khet – a quiet celebration of India’s culinary heritage – traditional and familiar flavours, interpreted afresh.

The logo reflects the chamomile fields you can see from the windows. In every direction, you see the expanse of the farm and the blue skies. Samaa literally means sky.

Aab

A joyous poolside restaurant – playful, familiar, and fleeting – an oasis in the heart of the desert.

This outdoor space has a fresher, more vibrant, colour palette, with illustrations that feel like they've been 'washed in water'.

Paeru

Paeru is a feast – an amalgam of art, freshness and flavour. This open-to-sky dining, nestled within a guava orchard, explores a nine course culinary journey that celebrates the different stages of life.
